Here is all the information regarding bans, reports, and unban requests.
If a player commits a rule violation, you can report them directly in-game using the command /report [Name]. We’ll take care of the rest once the report is submitted.
If you were banned, you can submit an unban request on our Discord . Simply go to our #ticket-support channel and select Category 2, "UNBAN APPEAL," from the support categories. You can then submit your unban request there, and a moderator will process it as soon as possible.
You can find the reason for your ban or mute in the message that appears when you try to join or use the chat. If you still have questions, you can ask them in an unban request.
No, it is not possible to "buy" your way out. The only options are to submit an unban request on our Discord and/or serve the penalty.

Here you can find answers to questions about Ender and Ender+.
No, you cannot buy Ender and Ender+ with real money because 1. we do not have a shop and 2. we want to give every user the opportunity to earn a rank.
Yes, since your rank is tied to your UUID, we always know who you are because your UUID does not change. Therefore, you will keep your rank and stats when you change your name.
We only transfer ranks to another account in extreme exceptional cases. But as a rule, we do not do this.
You can find an overview of the versatile features of the Ender and Ender+ ranks here!
Here you can find all the information about the application process and our team.
Our team is divided into the following ranks: Admin, SrDeveloper, SrBuilder, SrModerator, Developer, Builder, Moderator, Content
All our team ranks are red. So if someone with a golden rank claims to be part of the team, you know they’re not telling the truth.
You can apply to join us as a Moderator
, Content Creator, Developer, or Builder. Senior ranks are opportunities for advancement, so you cannot apply directly for those.
To apply, simply go to our
Discord
and visit the #apply channel to apply for the rank you are aiming for. Please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- At least 15 years old
- Good headset/microphone
- Own a Minecraft Java account
- Proficient in both German and English (though your application can be written in German)
We have a structured application process that every applicant goes through. Here’s how it looks:
1. Submit Your Application
Send your written application to us on our Discord in your application ticket. Only admins can view your application. Please avoid sharing personal information such as your last name, passwords, exact address, or where you work/go to school.
2. Introduction Interview
In an introduction interview, we assess if you’re a good fit and ask some questions about yourself. We’ll also ask you a few questions about our server and some role-specific questions. Don’t worry; you should be able to answer these comfortably.
3. Trial Phase
You’re almost there! In this phase, you need to demonstrate your skills. You’ll join our team as a trial member, meet other team members, and work as if you are already part of the team, showing your engagement and contribution.
4. Welcome Aboard
A decision will be made on whether you stay with us. If you’ve integrated well and proven yourself, you can be confident that you are now part of our team.
